使用时要注意 Enable和 bRegulatorOn 的操作次序。
Enable 可保持高电平状态， 通过控制 bRegulatorOn ， 控制伺服使能开断。 不要同时开
断 Enable 和 bRegulatorOn 。
因为在 Enable 无效后，功能块不再执行，此时改变 bRegulatorOn 也无法生效。
下图就是同时复位 Enable 和 bRegulatorOn 参数时， Status 输出仍然有效的情况。这样
就会导致“明明已经复位 bRegulatorOn，伺服仍然处于使能状态”的现象
